M5 x 0.8mm Pitch (5mm thread diameter) Serrated Flange Nyloc Hexagon Nuts. A Prevailing Torque type Nut, Manufactured from A2 304 Stainless Steel to DIN 6926.
Serrated Flanged Nyloc Nuts are commonly used to help spread the load when fastening. The flange acts like a permanently attached washer while the serrations help to prevent the nut from coming loose. The addition of the nylon insert further increases the nuts ability to remain tight. These nuts are good for applications where there is a high degree of vibration.
Manufactured from A2 Stainless Steel these offer good corrosion resistance and are almost non magnetic.
