M12 x 1.75mm Pitch (12mm thread diameter) Dome Nuts, also known as Acorn Nuts or sometimes Domed Cap Nuts. Manufactured from A2 304 Stainless Steel to DIN 1587.
Dome Nuts are commonly used where a nice tidy, good looking finish is required. The domed end also covers any excess thread that would normally protrude past the end of the nut. This in turn protects not only the thread but also anything that may come into contact with the thread.
Manufactured from A2 Stainless Steel these offer good corrosion resistance and are almost non magnetic.
