 POINT 1 - 100% SATISFACTION

If it's not right, we'll sort it.

Not happy with your order? Get in touch. If something's gone wrong on our end, we'll fix it straight away - full refund or replacement, no argument.

If the size isn't right for the job, we'll help you work out what you actually need. Sometimes that takes a quick back and forth - we'd rather take five minutes to get it right than send you a replacement that has the same problem.

Either way, you won't be left hanging.

POINT 2 - 60 DAY RETURNS

Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? Send it back.

You've got 60 days to return your order. As long as the items are unused and in their original condition - not driven in, not tightened, not been anywhere near a drill - we'll sort a full refund or replacement, no drama.

We do ask that what comes back is in the same condition it left us. Fasteners that have been used can't be resold, and that wouldn't be fair on the next customer either.

Not sure if your return qualifies? Just ask before you send anything back and we'll give you a straight answer. 

We advise you to use a tracked service for your peace of mind when returning.

POINT 3 - 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON STAINLESS

Two year guarantee on all stainless steel fasteners. 

We stand by all of our products quality, therefore it is only natural that we offer a two year warranty on all our stainless steel fasteners. If something fails within that time, get in touch and we'll look into it properly.

We will ask a few questions - how they were installed, what environment they're in, what tools were used. Not to catch you out, but because the answer usually tells us exactly what's gone wrong and how to fix it.

If you're ever unsure about the right grade for your application, ask before you order. That's a much better conversation to have upfront than after something's failed.
