UK Orders
Orders placed by 1.00pm will be dispatched same day.

Shipping will be charged at a rate of £3.00 for second class and £3.95 for 1st class royal mail. Shipping will be free of charge on orders with a value over £50.00.

All UK orders will be sent by royal mail if selected at checkout, heavier and higher value orders may be sent by DHL.

Next day delivery is available for £7.99 and will be made by DHL or Royal mail Special Delivery. Orders must be received before 1.00pm. Next day delivery orders placed between 1.00pm Thursday and 1.00pm Friday will likely not arrive till Monday. Next day orders placed between 1.00pm Friday and 1.00pm Monday will be due for arrival on Tuesday.

Usual shipping time for royal mail 1st class is 1-3 working days but can sometimes take a little longer in some circumstances.

Returns
We operate a 60 day return policy and try to keep things as simple as possible.

All goods should be returned to us in the same condition we sent them in and should always be unused, any returns we receive with signs that they have been used may be returned to the customer and a refund or exchange may be denied.

For goods that we have supplied correctly you are entitled to return these to us for a full refund (excluding any shipping paid) or an exchange if preferred. Please return goods to us either with original invoice or a photo copy so that we can identify your order. Please also include a note explaining what you would like us to do for you whether it is an exchange or refund. Please include a note even if already discussed by email or over the phone.

For all returns please make sure that you retain any proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us.
